The market for skilled professionals may become more saturated as people retrain and upskill from roles that AI now covers. We are also seeing a shift in hiring, where skill set is valued over experience.
With skills being more valued, and the market for skilled workers more saturated, it is vital that you understand your unique skill set and profile, and know how to articulate them and incorporate them into your personal brand.
